St. Paul’s is located in the heart of downtown Winchester, within walking distance of many local shops.

Facility Highlights

  • Wheelchair Friendly: The main floor of the church has a large entrance and washroom to accommodate a wheelchair. A ramp is available for entry; while functional, it is older and may be uneven in spots—please use it with extra care.

Rental Agreement Terms

  1. Booking & Payment
    • Groups considering using our facilities will need to provide in writing a brief description of the event including the purpose of the event, activities planned, possible numbers attending, specific requirements like PA system
    • Rental fees must be paid in full to confirm your booking unless other arrangements are made in advance
    • Payments can be made via cheque, cash, e-transfer to treasurer@presbyterian-winchester.ca
    • Cheques will be made payable to St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church
    • All booking payments will receive a receipt
  2. Cancellations
    • Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. Liability Requirements
    • For income generating activities, businesses or organizations using our facilities they must provide an up-to-date certificate of liability showing at least $2 million liability.  The certificate must add St Paul’s Presbyterian Church as an additional insured.  This certificate must be received at least five days prior to the rental.
